The vehicle and its Driver must be in order with the Rules of the Road and the law. Additionally, all parties agree not to transport any object or substance, which could potentially become illegal or dangerous during the shared ride.
You agree to be punctual. Drivers and Riders must present themselves at the place and time agreed for the pickup. After a thirty-minute tolerance period after the scheduled time, the person who does not show up is responsible for the cancellation.
The Driver commits to only publish rides on this Website that correspond to rides that he/she actually intend to do. Information on the share of the costs, itinerary, presence or tolerance of pets and animals, presence or tolerance of smoking behavior and music in the car, and more generally all details about logistics, comfort or preferences relevant to the ride or the creator of the ride post shall be supplied directly by Ridehackers and shall not be binding on Ridehack in any way whatsoever. Unless canceled via the website with proper notice, the Driver agrees to carry out the ride that they publish and to travel with the Riders with whom they have made a commitment. The Driver must immediately refund its Riders should this cancellation occur.
Riders contribute to the costs corresponding to the amount indicated on the Driver's posted ride.
Drivers are committed not to take any risks while driving and not to consume any dangerous products that could alter their ability to drive with vigilance and in total safety. The Rider shall not hinder the Driver's driving.
You will be tidy at departure and during the ride so as not to inconvenience the other riders.
A Ridehacker must be able to immediately present their papers to another Ridehacker in the event of a ride if the latter requests it. In the case of the Driver, these would be the vehicle documents, certificate of insurance and driver’s license. For a Rider who intends to drive, this refers to their driving license. Either way, their identity must comply with the one communicated via the Website. It is also strictly forbidden to use the intermediation of the Website for professional purposes.
All in all, if you are not happy with these terms, do not use our Website.
